This Policy applies to the data accessed through the App's connection to QuickBooks Online. 2. INFORMATION WE COLLECTThrough its connection to QuickBooks Online (via Intuit's API), the App accesses financial and accounting data already stored in our company's QuickBooks account, which may include:- Customer and vendor names and contact details- Invoices, estimates, payments, and transaction records- Job costing, class, and project-related accounting data- General ledger and financial reporting data The App does not collect information directly from individuals; it retrieves data already present in our QuickBooks Online company file. 3. HOW WE USE INFORMATIONData retrieved from QuickBooks Online is used exclusively for internal purposes, including:- Generating internal financial and job-costing reports- Populating internal dashboards for company management- Supporting day-to-day accounting operations at Toth Construction We do not use this data for advertising, do not sell it, and do not share it with third parties for marketing purposes. 4. DATA SHARING AND DISCLOSUREWe do not sell, rent, or share QuickBooks-derived data with third parties, except:- With service providers strictly necessary to operate the App (e.g., hosting infrastructure), under confidentiality obligations- As required to comply with applicable law, legal process, or governmental request- To protect the rights, property, or safety of Toth Construction, our employees, or others 5. DATA SECURITYWe use commercially reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect data accessed through the App from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. Access to the App and connected QuickBooks data is limited to authorized personnel. 6. DATA RETENTIONData retrieved through the App is retained only as long as necessary for internal accounting and reporting purposes, or as required by applicable recordkeeping laws. The underlying system of record for financial data remains QuickBooks Online, governed by Intuit's own data retention practices. 7. INTUIT / QUICKBOOKS DATA USEOur use of data obtained through the QuickBooks Online API complies with Intuit's Developer Terms of Service and Data Sharing Policies. We access only the data scopes necessary for the App's internal reporting function and do not use QuickBooks data for any purpose beyond what is disclosed in this Policy. 8. YOUR RIGHTSBecause this App is used internally by our own personnel rather than by external end users, data subject requests regarding customer or vendor information should be directed to us using the contact information below, and will be handled in accordance with applicable law. 9.
